1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyPromoPayments (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our secure payment link platform or dashboard.

2. Description of Service

MyPromoPayments provides payment link generation, real-time tracking, and automated reconciliation tools designed for suppliers in the promotional products industry. Our service facilitates transactions between suppliers and distributors via secure, encrypted links.

3. User Accounts & Security

To use the Service, you must provide accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Subscription Fees: Based on your selected plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise), monthly fees are billed in advance.
  • Transaction Fees: Each transaction processed via our secure links is subject to a percentage fee based on your plan (1%, 0.75%, or 0.5%).
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to the processing of fraudulent transactions or the transmission of malware. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyPromoPayments provides a workflow tool for payment processing. While we maintain high security standards, including 256-bit AES encryption, we are not liable for losses resulting from third-party service interruptions or distributor-supplier disputes.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes to pricing or core functionality via the email address associated with your account.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, where our primary operations are located. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Minnesota.
